Parish Council meetings
The schedule for regular Parish Council meetings (7:30pm to 9:00pm in the Nugent Room) until May 2024 is:

Some of these meetings will combine both the Parish Council and the Commons Committee.
Occasionally dates and times of meetings can change, and additional extraordinary meetings held, so please check the DPC website https://www.dunsfoldparishcouncil.gov.uk and the parish notice board near the shop for the latest updates.
Agendas and minutes are published on the DPC website, along with hard copies on the parish notice board, in the usual way.
Informal surgery/drop-in sessions
The council is trialling surgery/drop-in sessions for the next few months. The time and format will be reviewed in the November DPC meeting, so please do feed back any comments in person or by email.
Unless otherwise notified, two Councillors will be at the Nugent Room, from 10:00am to 11:00am on the following Saturdays:

Please use this opportunity to drop-in to talk to us about any Dunsfold-related questions, concerns or comments – it is intentionally informal.
We can’t promise answers on the spot, as any decisions of the Council need to be discussed and made in a proper public meeting – but by listening to your comments and concerns we can inform our future deliberations and decisions.
