Information about the KGV Playing Fields

The King George’s Field, Dunsfold (KGV) is a registered charity (no. 305017). Dunsfold Parish Council is the sole corporate trustee of the charity. Management of the KGV is facilitated through the Council’s KGV Management Committee. More detail about the history of the KGV charity is available in the Committee’s terms of reference.

Dunsfold Tennis Club is a friendly members club in the heart of the village.  The Club is affiliated to the LTA, has two floodlit hard courts and a member’s clubhouse. We welcome players of all standards and offer coaching to those who want to improve their game, as well as running in-house tournaments, Cardio tennis and matches against other clubs, for members who want to play more competitively.

Membership fees are currently: £80 for adults, £15 for children up to 12 years – and Teenagers membership is free. Non-playing membership is £10 (membership of the KGV Sports & Social Club).

Dunsfold Football Club

Dunsfold FC is a senior men’s Saturday team, established in 1907. Dunsfold FC is part of the Guildford and Woking Alliance League, where we enjoy competitive football driven by our dedication and passion for the game.

Membership fees are currently: £60 per year , and a £5 match fee for each game.

We gather for training each week, typically on Wednesdays. During the winter months, we’re at Cranleigh School, and the rest of the year, you’ll find us right here in Dunsfold.

At Dunsfold FC, we value the sense of community as much as the game itself. Join our team, and you’ll be part of a tradition that goes back generations.

Dunsfold Stoolball Club

This is a new addition to the KGV, the team having moved across from Wonersh.

Regular practice sessions and matches throughout the summer months.

Stoolball is an ancient English game which has been played for over 500 years and is similar to Twenty20 cricket.

KGV Sports & Social Club

Overlooking the playing field and tennis courts, the KGV Sports & Social Club is an ideal setting for catching up with friends or making new ones.

The members’ bar is open on tennis club evenings and for home football matches. We stock a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Membership costs just £10 per annum, but if you’re a member of the tennis or football clubs then you’re automatically a member of the KGV Sports & Social Club.
